Directions to campus

H-FARM Campus is well placed between two main cities of the Veneto Region: Venice and Treviso. It is located 10 km away from Venice Marco Polo airport and 20 km from Treviso Canova airport. There are different bus lines that takes to H-FARM Campus throughout two public transport companies: ATVO and MOM.

H-BUS

A private shuttle service is offered to reach the H-FARM Campus for International School students. It is managed by the School Bus App that can help families to communicate with the bus driver, to get live position of the shuttle and many other options. There are several routes that covers cities like Treviso, Venezia, Mestre, Conegliano, Oderzo and many other small cities in between. Arrivals/Departures

The check in procedure is quick and easy for all students. Most of the documents must have been sent by email to the admission office before the day of arrival. The check in process usually takes place two days before the beginning of classes. An ID must be presented upon arrival before receiving the badge for the room that must be used to access the main entrance of the assigned student house and the door of the room/apartment.
At the day of your departure, all rooms must be left empty and clean. In 30 days from your check out day, you will be receiving the deposit back once your room conditions have been checked by our staff.

 

Building & Room Access

The badge that will be handed is assigned to each student’s name and the room access is controlled by a centralized system that will recognize the identity and record every single access. If any trouble occurs with opening the door, contact manutenzioni@h-farm.com.

In case the personal badge is lost, students need to inform directly the Residential Life Director to get a new personal badge. Please note, there is a 10 Euro replacement fee for a lost badge.

H-International School students must respect a curfew. From Monday to Thursday and including Sunday curfew is at 10 pm. On Friday and Saturday curfew is at 12 am. There is no curfew for College and Big Rock students, however students must respect common areas and noise policies inside and outside the dormitory.
